{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-04.16.022","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 04.16.022","heading":"Online sale and purchase of alcoholic beverages.","body":"(a) A licensee or a licensee's agent or employee may not sell or offer to sell alcoholic beverages to the public online unless the licensee holds a manufacturer direct shipment license issued under AS 04.09.370 or a package store shipping endorsement under AS 04.09.460.\n(b) A person may not purchase alcoholic beverages online except from the holder of a manufacturer direct shipment license issued under AS 04.09.370 or a package store shipping endorsement under AS 04.09.460.\n(c) A person who violates (a) of this section is, upon conviction, guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n(d) A person who violates (b) of this section is guilty of a violation.","path":["Title 4.
