{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-04.21.060","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 04.21.060","heading":"Warehousing of alcoholic beverages.","body":"(a) A licensee may stock, warehouse, or otherwise store alcoholic beverages in a place elsewhere than premises indicated on the license if\n(1) the premises to be used for storage are inspected and approved by the board before their use;\n(2) the use of the premises for storage is authorized by local zoning ordinances; and\n(3) the premises are accessible for inspection as provided in AS 04.11.630.\n(b) A licensee who stores alcoholic beverages elsewhere than on the licensed premises and who fails to comply with (a)(1) — (3) of this section commits the offense of unauthorized warehousing.\n(c) Unauthorized warehousing is a violation.","path":["Title 4.
