The attorney general and the commissioner of public safety shall, within 10 days after the convening of the legislature each year, jointly prepare a detailed report outlining the effect, if any, of the operation of this chapter on the legal and law enforcement activities of the state and notify the legislature that the report is available.","path":["Title 5.
