{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-05.25.090","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 05.25.090","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, a person who violates a provision of this chapter or regulations adopted under this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n(b) A person who violates AS 05.25.010(d), 05.25.020(b), or 05.25.055 is guilty of a violation, as defined in AS 11.81.900, and may be fined up to $50.\n(c) The supreme court shall establish by order or rule a schedule of bail amounts for violations under (b) of this section that allow the disposition of a citation without a court appearance.","path":["Title 5.
