{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-08.13.185","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 08.13.185","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development shall set fees under AS 08.01.065 for initial licenses and renewals for the following:\n(1) schools;\n(2) school owners;\n(3) instructor;\n(4) shop owner;\n(5) practitioner of barbering;\n(6) practitioner of hairdressing;\n(7) practitioner of manicuring;\n(8) practitioner of esthetics;\n(9) practitioner of tattooing;\n(10) practitioner of body piercing;\n(11) temporary shop license;\n(12) temporary permit;\n(13) temporary license;\n(14) student permit;\n(15) endorsement for advanced manicuring;\n(16) practitioner of hair braiding;\n(17) practitioner of permanent cosmetic coloring;\n(18) practitioner of non-chemical barbering.\n(b) The department shall set fees under AS 08.01.065 for examination and investigation.","path":["Title 8.
