{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-08.18.028","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 08.18.028","heading":"Mechanical contractors.","body":"(a) The department may not issue a certificate of registration as a mechanical contractor to an applicant unless the applicant is, or employs, a person currently licensed as a mechanical administrator under AS 08.40.\n(b) Each applicant for a mechanical contractor's certificate of registration may employ more than one mechanical administrator.\n(c) If the relationship of the only mechanical administrator with a registered mechanical contractor is terminated, the registration is void 30 days after the next regularly scheduled mechanical administrator's examination unless the mechanical contractor has hired a licensed mechanical administrator in the interim.","path":["Title 8.
