{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-08.26.190","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 08.26.190","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this chapter,\n(1) “conservator” has the meaning given in AS 13.06.050;\n(2) “department” means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;\n(3) “guardian” has the meaning given in AS 13.06.050;\n(4) “licensee” means a person licensed under this chapter;\n(5) “private professional conservator” means an individual who acts as a conservator under AS 13.26.401 — 13.26.580 and receives compensation for acting in that capacity;\n(6) “private professional conservator license” means a license issued under AS 08.26.030;\n(7) “private professional guardian” means an individual who acts as a guardian under AS 13.26.101 — 13.26.316 and receives compensation for acting in that capacity;\n(8) “private professional guardian license” means a license issued under AS 08.26.020;\n(9) “protected person” has the meaning given in AS 13.26.005;\n(10) “ward” has the meaning given in AS 13.26.005.","path":["Title 8.
