The articles must state\n(1) the name of the company;\n(2) the date of filing of the company's articles of organization and of any amendments to the articles of organization;\n(3) the reason for filing the articles of dissolution;\n(4) the effective date, which must be a specific date, of the articles of dissolution if the articles of dissolution are not to be effective when filed; and\n(5) other information determined appropriate by the members or managers filing the articles.","path":["Title 10.
