{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-11.73.020","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 11.73.020","heading":"Possession of substance with intent to manufacture.","body":"(a) Except as provided in AS 11.73.050, a person may not possess the following substances or their salts with the intent to manufacture an imitation controlled substance:\n(1) ephedrine;\n(2) ephedrine sulfate;\n(3) pseudoephedrine;\n(4) pseudoephedrine hydrochloride;\n(5) phenylpropanolamine;\n(6) caffeine;\n(7) theophylline;\n(8) lidocaine;\n(9) procaine;\n(10) tetracaine;\n(11) dyclonine;\n(12) acetaminophen;\n(13) salicylamide;\n(14) doxylamine;\n(15) diphenhydramine;\n(16) pheniramine;\n(17) chlorpheniramine; or\n(18) pyrilamine.\n(b) A person who violates this section commits a class C felony.","path":["Title 11.
