The appellate court shall affirm the order unless it finds that the lower court abused its discretion.\n(b) If the appellate court finds that the lower court abused its discretion, the appellate court may modify the order, remand the matter for further proceedings, or remand the matter directing entry of the appropriate order, including release under AS 12.30.011(a).
