Nothing in this section precludes\n(1) a correspondence study student, or the parent or guardian of a correspondence study student, from privately obtaining or using textbooks or curriculum material not provided by the school district;\n(2) the department from selecting and purchasing supplementary reading textbooks and materials for school districts to support reading intervention services provided under AS 14.30.765 and 14.30.770.","path":["Title 14.
