{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-14.57.030","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 14.57.030","heading":"Officers; meetings, rules of procedure, quorum.","body":"(a) The committee shall elect a chair from among its members.\n(b) The committee shall meet at least once every six months and at the call of its chair, on petition of a majority of its members, or at the call of the commissioner, or the director of the museum, at a mutually convenient time and place both for the members of the committee and for interested members of the public. A meeting of the committee may be held by teleconference.\n(c) The committee shall adopt rules of procedure to govern its meetings.
