An interim-use permit shall expire upon the final determination of the holder's eligibility for an entry permit.\n(b) [Repealed, § 9 ch 73 SLA 1977.]\n(c) The holder of an interim-use permit shall have the permit in possession at all times when engaged in the operation of the gear for which it was issued.","path":["Title 16.
