Nothing in this section prohibits reapplication by the person or reissuance of the identification card.\n(b) A person whose identification card has been cancelled shall return the physical card to the department. Failure to return a cancelled card within 10 days after receiving notice of the cancellation is a violation punishable by a fine of up to $100.","path":["Title 18.
