The fund consists of money appropriated to it by the legislature, which may include donations, recoveries of or reimbursements for awards made from the fund, income from the fund, and other program receipts from activities under this chapter. Appropriations to the fund do not lapse. The fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Money distributed from the fund shall be in addition to other sources of compensation provided in this chapter.","path":["Title 18.
