{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-18.74.090","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 18.74.090","heading":"Contents of certification.","body":"The certification required by AS 18.74.080 must provide the following information for each cigarette listed in the certification:\n(1) the brand or trade name on the package;\n(2) the style, such as “light” or “ultra-light”;\n(3) the length in millimeters;\n(4) the circumference in millimeters;\n(5) the flavor, if applicable;\n(6) whether the cigarette is filtered or nonfiltered;\n(7) a description of the package;\n(8) the marking approved under AS 18.74.120;\n(9) the name, address, and telephone number of the laboratory that conducted the test, if different than the manufacturer who conducted the test; and\n(10) the date that the testing occurred.","path":["Title 18.
