The board shall submit to the director, not later than July 1 of each year, a certified financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the director and a report of its activities during the preceding calendar year. Nothing in AS 21.79.110(b) limits the duty of the association to report under this section. Upon request, the association shall provide a copy of the report to a member insurer.","path":["Title 21.
