The agency may change the fee schedule, but a change is not effective until seven days after it is filed with the department and until it is posted for not less than seven days in a conspicuous place in the agency. The agency shall post a copy of the fee schedule in the agency in a conspicuous place frequented by applicants for help or employment.","path":["Title 23.
