In this section, “safety inspector” means\n(1) a carrier and an employee or agent of the carrier;\n(2) a trade association of which the employer is a member; or\n(3) a person providing adjusting or inspection services to an employer who is a member of an association established under AS 21.76.010 or to an employer who is self-insured under AS 23.30.090.","path":["Title 23.
