{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-24.60.115","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 24.60.115","heading":"Disclosure required of a legislator, legislative employee, or public member of the committee after final day of service.","body":"A person serving as a legislator, legislative employee, or public member of the committee shall, not later than 90 days after the person's final day of service as a legislator, legislative employee, or public member, file a final disclosure of every matter or interest, except for a matter or interest subject to disclosure under AS 24.60.200, that was subject to disclosure under this chapter while the person was serving, unless the person previously disclosed the matter or interest and, for that reason, the matter or interest is no longer subject to disclosure.
