{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-28.20.360","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 28.20.360","heading":"Payments sufficient to satisfy requirements.","body":"(a) In this chapter, a judgment is satisfied when\n(1) $50,000 is credited upon a judgment given in excess of that amount because of bodily injury to or death of one person as the result of any one accident;\n(2) subject to the limit of $50,000 because of bodily injury to or death of one person, the sum of $100,000 is credited upon a judgment given in excess of that amount because of bodily injury to or death of two or more persons as the result of any one accident; or\n(3) $25,000 is credited upon a judgment given in excess of that amount because of injury to or destruction of property of others as a result of any one accident.\n(b) However, payments made in settlement of a claim because of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from the accident shall be credited in reduction of the amounts provided for in this section.","path":["Title 28.
