A claim of lien may not be recorded later than the time specified under AS 34.35.068.\n(b) [Repealed, § 9 ch 61 SLA 1979.]\n(c) The lien shall be verified by the oath of the claimant or another person having knowledge of the facts and state\n(1) the real property subject to the lien, with a legal description sufficient for identification;\n(2) the name of the owner;\n(3) the name and address of the claimant;\n(4) the name and address of the person with whom the claimant contracted;\n(5) a general description of the labor, materials, services, or equipment furnished for the construction, alteration, or repair, and the contract price of the labor, materials, services, or equipment;\n(6) the amount due to the claimant for the labor, materials, services, or equipment; and\n(7) the date the last labor, materials, services, or equipment were furnished.\n(d) [Repealed, § 19 ch 175 SLA 1978.]\n(e) [Repealed, § 19 ch 175 SLA 1978.]\n(f) A violation of the provisions of this section places the violator in the position of guarantor regarding another person who suffers damages that are proximately caused by the violation.","path":["Title 34.
