{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-37.10.250","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 37.10.250","heading":"Compensation of trustees.","body":"Trustees, other than trustees who are employees of the state, a political subdivision of the state, or a school district or regional educational attendance area in the state, receive an honorarium of $400 for each day spent at a meeting of the board or at a meeting of a subcommittee of the board or at a public meeting as a representative of the board, including a day in which a trustee travels to or from a meeting. Trustees who are state employees are entitled to administrative leave for service as a trustee. Trustees who are employees of a political subdivision of the state or a school district or regional educational attendance area in the state are entitled to leave benefits provided by their employers comparable to those provided to state employees for service as a trustee.
