The bond resolution may fix or the committee's delegated representative, subject to parameters set by the committee, may fix the principal amount, denominations, date, maturities, manner of sale, place or places of payment, rights of redemption, if any, terms, form, conditions, and covenants of the bonds or each series of bonds.","path":["Title 37.
