The bond resolution must fix the principal amount, denominations, date, maturities, manner of sale, place or places of payment, rights of redemption, if any, terms, form, conditions, and covenants of the bonds or each series of them. A bond resolution may state terms, conditions, amounts, and other limitations on loans to be made from the Alaska clean water fund (AS 46.03.032) or the Alaska drinking water fund (AS 46.03.036), as appropriate, from the relevant bond proceeds.","path":["Title 37.
