The parcels or tracts are subject to state subdivision requirements and municipal ordinances. Money from a sale of agricultural land shall be separately accounted for and may be appropriated to the agricultural revolving loan fund (AS 03.10.040).","path":["Title 38. Public Land.","Chapter 05.
