The regulations are not subject to AS 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act).\n(c) The commissioner of administration shall establish geographic pay differentials for positions in foreign countries. The differentials shall be adjusted annually, effective July 1, to maintain equity between salaries for positions in foreign countries and salaries for positions in the state.","path":["Title 39.
