{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-41.06.150","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 41.06.150","heading":"Environmental protection; storage reservoir integrity.","body":"(a) The commission shall take action to ensure that\n(1) substances that compromise the integrity of a storage reservoir do not enter a storage reservoir; and\n(2) carbon dioxide does not escape from a storage facility.\n(b) For the purposes of this section, and in the application of other laws, carbon dioxide that is stored and remains in carbon storage under a permit is not considered a pollutant and does not constitute a nuisance.\n(c) The commission's authority under (a) of this section does not limit the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Conservation.","path":["Title 41.
