transferred to the University of Alaska under a settlement agreement between the state and the university, the state-owned or acquired land and water lying within the parcels described in (d) of this section is designated as the Tanana Valley State Forest.\n(b) The commissioner shall prepare a management plan for the Tanana Valley State Forest under AS 41.17.230.\n(c) The commissioner may establish transportation corridors within the Tanana Valley State Forest.\n(d) The Tanana Valley State Forest includes the state-owned or acquired land and water lying within the following described
