The commission may adopt a separate rate for capacity provided by a community energy facility through energy storage. The commission shall ensure that a community energy program does not have an adverse effect on the retail rates of an electric utility subject to AS 42.05.725 — 42.05.735. An electric utility subject to AS 42.05.725 — 42.05.735 shall credit a subscriber for the proportional output of a community energy facility attributable to the subscriber. The credit must appear on the subscriber's bill within one billing cycle of the generation of the energy by the community energy facility.","path":["Title 42.
