The fund consists of\n(1) legislative appropriations to the fund that are not designated for annual expenditure for the purpose of power cost equalization;\n(2) accumulated earnings of the fund;\n(3) gifts, bequests, contributions of money and other assets, and federal money given to the fund that are not designated for annual expenditure for power cost equalization; and\n(4) [Repealed, § 13 ch 60 SLA 2000.]\n(b) Nothing in this section creates a dedicated fund.\n(c) [Repealed, § 13 ch 60 SLA 2000.]","path":["Title 42.
