These records must show\n(1) the name of the claimant;\n(2) the amount of the claim;\n(3) the date of its presentation;\n(4) the date of its allowance or disallowance;\n(5) the date and number of each disbursement made;\n(6) the name of the payee; and\n(7) the appropriation from which the disbursement is made.\n(b) The Department of Administration shall keep on file all original bills and claims presented, with the vouchers.","path":["Title 44.
