{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-45.02.606","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 45.02.606","heading":"What constitutes acceptance of goods.","body":"(a) Acceptance of goods occurs when the buyer,\n(1) after a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods, signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity;\n(2) fails to make an effective rejection (AS 45.02.602), but this acceptance does not occur until the buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect them; or\n(3) does an act inconsistent with the seller's ownership; but if this act is wrongful as against the seller it is an acceptance only if ratified by the seller.\n(b) Acceptance of a part of a commercial unit is acceptance of that entire unit.","path":["Title 45.
