{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-45.25.230","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 45.25.230","heading":"Preparation and service before delivery.","body":"A manufacturer and a distributor shall provide in writing the following information to their new motor vehicle dealers about new motor vehicles and other products received from the manufacturer or distributor:\n(1) the specific obligations of the new motor vehicle dealer to prepare and service new motor vehicles and products before delivery of the new motor vehicles and products to buyers;\n(2) the compensation that the manufacturer or distributor will pay the dealer for performing the preparation and service obligations described in (1) of this section; and\n(3) the amount of time that the manufacturer or distributor will allow the new motor vehicle dealer for performing the preparation and service obligations described in (1) of this section.","path":["Title 45.
