{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-45.66.210","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 45.66.210","heading":"Criminal penalties.","body":"(a) A seller who recklessly violates AS 45.66.010 — 45.66.060, 45.66.080 — 45.66.110, or 45.66.150 is guilty of a class C felony.\n(b) A seller who recklessly violates AS 45.66.130(e), 45.66.140, or 45.66.170 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n(c) Each violation is a separate offense, and a prosecution or conviction for one of the offenses does not bar prosecution or conviction of another offense.\n(d) In this section, “recklessly” has the meaning given in AS 11.81.900.","path":["Title 45.
