The owner of a rejected weight and measure shall correct it within 30 days or a longer period authorized by the rejecting authority; or, may dispose of it in the manner authorized by the rejecting authority. Rejected weights and measures may not again be used commercially until officially re-examined and found to be correct or until specific written permission for their use is issued by the rejecting authority.","path":["Title 45.
