{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-46.04.315","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 46.04.315","heading":"Notice of environmental covenant.","body":"(a) A copy of the environmental covenant shall be provided by the persons and in the manner required by the department to\n(1) each person that signed the environmental covenant;\n(2) each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the environmental covenant;\n(3) each person in possession of the real property subject to the environmental covenant;\n(4) each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the environmental covenant is located; and\n(5) any other person the department requires.\n(b) The validity of an environmental covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the environmental covenant as required under this section.","path":["Title 46.
