{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-46.06.110","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 46.06.110","heading":"Enforcement authority.","body":"(a) The following persons are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter:\n(1) a state employee authorized by the commissioner; and\n(2) a peace officer.\n(b) The department shall prescribe a citation form, which shall be used by all peace officers and persons in the state who are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
