However, if an entity reasonably relies on the information provided under the regulations adopted by the applicable department to deny employment to an individual who was selected for hire as an employee, including during a period of provisional employment, the entity is not liable in an action brought by the individual based on the employment determination resulting from the information.","path":["Title 47.
