{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-47.10.113","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 47.10.113","heading":"Civil custody proceedings.","body":"(a) Except as provided in AS 25.24.150(a), a court shall hear a request to make, modify, or vacate an order for the custody of or visitation with a minor child in state custody under this chapter as part of the child-in-need-of-aid proceedings relating to the child.\n(b) A person who files a request for an order to make, modify, or vacate an order for the custody of or visitation with a minor child in state custody under this chapter is not entitled to the appointment of a lawyer at public expense under this section.\n(c) Except as provided in this section, the requirements of AS 25.24.010 — 25.24.180 apply to a request under this section to make, modify, or vacate an order for the custody of or visitation with a minor child in state custody under this chapter.","path":["Title 47.
