{"data":{"id":"us-ak/as-47.25.205","jurisdiction":"us-ak","citation":"AS 47.25.205","heading":"Priority of general relief medical assistance.","body":"If the department finds that the cost of medical assistance for all persons eligible under AS 47.25.120 — 47.25.300 will exceed the amount allocated in the state budget for that assistance for the fiscal year, the department shall eliminate coverage for medical services in the following order:\n(1) treatment of speech, hearing, and language disorders;\n(2) optometrists' services and eyeglasses;\n(3) occupational therapy;\n(4) emergency dental services for adults;\n(5) prosthetic devices not including dentures;\n(6) medical supplies and equipment;\n(7) physical therapy;\n(8) outpatient laboratory and outpatient x-ray services;\n(9) ambulatory surgical center services;\n(10) nonemergency medical transportation;\n(11) outpatient physician services;\n(12) outpatient hospital services;\n(13) intermediate care facility services;\n(14) skilled nursing facility services;\n(15) emergency medical transportation;\n(16) pharmaceuticals;\n(17) inpatient physician services;\n(18) inpatient hospital services.","path":["Title 47.
