By endorsing the check received from the department or authorizing the endorsement by the facility's agent, the facility certifies that the claim for which the check is payment is true and accurate unless written notice of an error is sent to the department by the facility within 30 days after the date the check is presented by the facility for payment.","path":["Title 47.
