Code § 11-16-32","heading":"Discretion of Governor as to Petitions for Removal of County Seat; Proceedings as to Two or More Petitions.","body":"The Governor shall not entertain any petition under Section 11-16-1 which he may have reason to believe is not made in good faith by persons desiring a removal of the county seat.
