Code § 11-16-35","heading":"Notice of Election.","body":"Notice of such election shall be given for 30 days by publication in a newspaper published in said county once a week for three successive weeks, which notice shall state the purpose for which the election is to be held, the time and place for holding the same and a description of the site on which the new courthouse is to be erected.
