Code § 11-43A-31","heading":"Payment and Deposit of Municipal Funds.","body":"The council shall prescribe, by ordinance, the method of paying out funds of the municipality. Checks and warrants shall be signed by at least two officers of the municipality and the council shall designate the said two officers by ordinance.
