Code § 11-43A-77","heading":"Population of Districts; Designation and Boundaries Specifically Described; Municipalities Having Seven Council Districts Prior to Effective Date.","body":"The seven council districts shall have, as nearly as is reasonable, the same population according to the last federal decennial census. The designation and boundaries of the districts shall be specifically described and set forth.
