Code § 11-43C-15","heading":"District Council Members - No Primary Elections; Filing of Pauper’s Oath or Petition to Become Candidate.","body":"No primary election shall be held for the nomination of candidates for the office of council member, and candidates shall be nominated only as provided herein.
