Code § 11-65-13","heading":"Request for Injunctions Authorized.","body":"Whenever it appears to a commission that any person has been violating or may violate any provision of this chapter or any reasonable rule or regulation or final decision of such commission, it may apply to the circuit court of the host county for an injunction against such person.
