Code § 11-92-8","heading":"Refunding Warrants.","body":"Each participant may issue refunding warrants, either by sale or by exchange, for the purpose of refunding a like or greater principal amount of warrants then outstanding and paying any premium and expenses necessary to be paid to redeem the outstanding warrants.
