Code § 11-92B-15","heading":"Liability of Board Members.","body":"Members of the board shall not be subject to civil liability arising from the conduct of the affairs of an authority except when the act or omission of the member of the board amounts to willful or wanton misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence. Members of the board shall be entitled to all defenses available under the doctrines of substantive immunity and discretionary function immunity.
